What working together looks like
A portrait session should feel effortless from the first email to the artwork on your wall. You do not need to know anything about photography, posing, or what to wear. That is my job. Here is exactly what working together looks like.
Before your session
Once your date is booked, you get a short planning guide: what to wear, what to skip, and how to prepare kids without bribery or tears. I choose the location and the exact time of day for the light, so all you decide is who is in the photos.
Session day
Sessions are unhurried and gently directed. I will pose you when posing helps and get out of the way when the real moment is better than anything I could arrange. Kids are allowed to be kids; some of the best frames come from the in-between.
Your sneak peek
Within two days you receive a small preview of favorites, ready to share. The full gallery of finished, individually edited images follows shortly after.
Artwork that lives on a wall
Photos that stay on a phone disappear. When your gallery arrives, I will help you choose the one or two images that deserve to be printed large, and the right size for your space. No pressure, ever; it is simply the part of the process most families thank me for later.
