I photograph people in real light, in real places, doing the things they will want to remember. Sessions are unhurried, direction is gentle, and nobody is asked to say cheese.

You do not need to know how to pose or arrive with perfectly behaved children. I will offer simple direction, make room for connection, and keep the session moving at a comfortable pace.

Sessions are photographed on location around Raleigh and surrounding areas, often in the hour before sunset. If you have a place that matters to your family, that is where we should shoot.
